Payment by wire. I agree to pay the Total Due by bank wire to the account shown after signing, including the order reference on the memo line.

All sales final. All trades are final and legally binding. Once signed, this order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, and I remain obligated to complete payment.

Market-loss liability. Precious-metals prices move continuously. Upon signing, Standard Bullion commits to secure the metal at the locked price on my behalf. If I fail to send the agreed wire in full within a commercially reasonable time, I authorize Standard Bullion to cancel this order and liquidate the position, and I agree to be liable for any resulting market loss plus associated fees.
